LE BOURGET AIR SHOW, PARIS, FRANCE / 16-22 June 2013

 CONCEPT

The key objective of this mission is to help matchmaking unmet research needs and priority R&D interests in this targeted field. The selected Participants from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine will be assisted in their preparation of the event (technology selection and presentations formating), and then accompanied on-site with STCU Specialists during their planned meetings. The questions addressed will encompass:

(i) - What are the R&D areas of highest interest in the area? Where are the world's leading experts targeting their research efforts? What are the international priority needs/problems within this field? What are the current priorities for the regions and countries that are within the STCU membership?

(ii) - What is the current level of R&D capability within the STCU Recipient Parties in this area? What R&D programmatic efforts are being undertaken by the Recipients in this field, and which organizations are sponsoring these efforts?

What R&D priorities could be addressed through STCU-sponsored projects or programs? What other organizations or groups working in this field might be interested in participating (including financial contributions) in an STCU targeted research program?
