STCU sign updated Agreement with ANAS

On April 21, 2013 the STCU delegates visited the Azerbaijan National Academy of Science in order to sign the updated Agreement between ANAS and STCU in field of the Targeted Initiatives Program, launched in 2007. The new version of the Agreement will allow making limited budget redirections in frame, not limiting the usage of STCU budget part only to the grants for the scientists.
Furthermore, the updated version opens a possibility for the Project participants to take part in a specially tailored training course “Technology Transfer Brokerage”, designed to fill the lack of knowledge and skills to successfully commercialize the GUAM science.
