- Project Manager receives P#.pa file from Non-Governmental Partnerships (NGP) Manager
- Download STCUPS Software (partner version) 15.03.2011
- Fill in the P#.pa file using STCUPS Software
- E-mail the P###.pa file to NGP Manager
