  • CONCLUSIONS
Creation of a Regional Team of Managers and Experts that will provide Technical Direction and Advice throughout the Project. Each partner country in the project sent one CBRN Emergency Medicine (EM) project manager and one CBRN EM trainer as delegates to this working group. All delegates attended an ice breaker dinner on the first evening and continued to mix and socialise throughout the week. contact details were shared on the first day and a P88 RTWG WhatsApp group was set up on the final day. Perhaps the most important component in the formation of this Regional Team was that each partner country made a presentation on its own capabilities and ambitions for CBRN EM. This enabled all delegates to learn about, share and discuss CBRN EM throughout the region and was the foundation for this new regional team.
Approval Of Criteria For Selection Of “Master Trainer” Candidates. The criteria for selection of master trainer candidates at an X see was reviewed and approved by all delegates
The Training Curriculum. The P88 training curriculum was reviewed and approved by all delegates. It is too large to reproduce in this document but all delegates were given a software copy. In addition a drop box folder has been created for each partner country and all related project data information and knowledge it's stored there. National focal points and RT WG delegates have read slash write access to this folder.
The Standing Operational Procedures. The P88 standing operational procedures were reviewed and approved by all delegates. They are too large to reproduce in this document but all delegates were given a software copy.
The List Of CBRN Training Equipment For Each Partner Country For Procurement And Delivery ASAP. The list of CPR training equipment For partner country was reviewed, amended and approved by partner country delegates.
A Programme Of Events For The Remainder Of The Project. RT WG delegates discussed ideas and timings for programme events for the remainder of the project. However, P 88 is very much dependent on delivery dates for training equipment and until these are known, it will not be possible to agree a precise calendar of events. A general programme of events was agreed and this is at Annex D. this programme will be revisited in future RT WG meetings
