German Federal Ministry Delegation Visits the STCU

Mr. Michael Schlicht, Head of Division for Russia, Ukraine and other CIS States of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of the Government of Germany, visited STCU on September 21 for a discussion of joint science & technology programs between his nation and Ukraine and the role of cooperation with the STCU. Mr. Schlicht was accompanied by Mr. Erich Rathske, from the International Bureau of the Ministry, and Mr. Michail Leschenko, Science Advisor at the German Embassy in Kiev. A number of topics, particularly in the field of technology transfer, were discussed. The delegation was hosted by Mr. Peter Melnik-Melnikov, Ms. Tatiana Shcherbina and Mr. John Zimmerman.
