STCU signs the Statement of Cooperation with the State Informatization Committee of Ukraine

On 10 November 2009, the STCU Executive Director Andrew Hood and Ihor Ruban, the Head of the State Committee of Informatization of Ukraine signed a statement of cooperation outlining the directions of mutual cooperation between the two organizations for the future. The Parties expressed their readiness to cooperate in mutually agreed areas that include the scientific and technical development support within the National Programme of Informatization; contribution to the informatization of the scientific area in order to increase the efficiency of the scientific researches; support of commercialization and advancement of the scientific and technical development of enterprises and organizations of high technology area of Ukraine at foreign markets, carrying out joint scientific and technical conferences, seminars and presentations, including the provision of printed publications and presentation products.
