STCU Holds Meeting with NASU President Academician Paton

On November 29, 2004 an STCU delegation lead by Executive Director Andrew Hood and including Senior Deputy Executive Director (Ukraine) Borys Atamanenko and Administrative Assistant Tatiana Shcherbina held talks with the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Borys Paton. The sides discussed the mutual cooperation between the STCU and NASU in 2004 and future cooperation for 2005. The sides agreed that their cooperation over the previous year was highly valuable for the advancement of Ukrainian science and development of contacts between Ukrainian and Western scientific institutions.
