STCU Held a Round Table “Joint Ukrainian Technology Transfer Initiative”

On October 6, 2006 the STCU held the Round Table “Joint Ukrainian Technology Transfer Initiative”. Governmental authorities took part in the discussion including the representatives of the relevant departments of the National Security and Defense Council, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry of Industrial Policy, State Agency for Investment and Innovations, National Academy of Sciences, Ukrainian Science and Technology Information Institute.
The Round Table has supported the concept of Ukrainian Innovative Technologies Booth at the Hannover Messe 2007. Enhancement of cooperation was mentioned as a topical issue; an idea of “Advisory Panel for Facilitating Technology Transfer and Innovations in Ukraine” creation for informational, intellectual, organizational, and methodological exchange was considered to be worthwhile.
